Recently, a global chemical manufacturer turned to Northeast Furniture Systems for their large-scale relocation. The project required the disassembly, transport and reassembly of 78 workstations and 60 offices.
The client was most concerned with reusing the existing parts in the new space and completing the project in a way that didn’t impede production for a long period of time.
To meet this goal NFS developed a plan for the new space that designated each and every existing part. In addition, the NFS team established a phasing plan that ensured their client’s production wouldn’t be negatively affected.
NFS successfully executed the relocation for the client according to schedule and on budget, and as a result of these unique plans, with minimal disruption to the client’s business.
